Laying paving stones

At Bast Development, we lay your paving stones according to the rules of the art.

- A depth of frost-free stonework (between 60cm & 80cm).

- On a bed of 0/4 crushed sand with a cement content of 150kg/M3. (Draining & durable).

The price of installation is approximately €105 excluding VAT per M2 excluding earthworks; for a so-called simple installation in self-locking concrete paving stone.

 The price of earthworks & the price of the stonework.

So count on a minimum of €150 excluding VAT per m2 all inclusive.

Prices will then vary upwards depending on the block & the chosen installation pattern, the composition of your  land,  the accessibility of the site, the number of borders to be installed and finally the VAT rate (6% or 21%).
